Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to shop confidently at Boundless Backyard, so we’ve made our return and refund process as straightforward as possible.

  1. Return Period
    You can send items back within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

  2. Return Shipping Costs
    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to personal preference or a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the shipping charges to send the product back.

  3. Items That Are Damaged or Not Working
    Should your order arrive broken or malfunctioning, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label for you. After we receive the item and verify the issue, we’ll either replace it at no charge or issue a full refund, including your original shipping fee.

  4. Change of Mind Returns
    If you decide you no longer want the item, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. In this case, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the purchase price minus any shipping fees.

  5. Processing Refunds
    After your return has been received and checked, we’ll send you an email confirming your refund has been approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Keep in mind it can sometimes take your bank or credit card provider additional time to post the funds. If you haven’t seen the refund appear within 10 business days of our confirmation, please contact us at support@boundlessbackyard.com.
